Be a part of what we do as we seek to bring the good news of Jesus to the world.

Capernwray Missions has been established for a number of years with the goal of taking the Gospel to all nations. During that time we have visited many nations and taken along staff and students as well as local church-goers to enable them to be part of the fulfillment of the great commission that Jesus gave us.

Our desire at Capernwray Missions is to provide a platform where people of all ages can discover, develop or reignite the passion to share the life of Christ with the nations of the world. We believe that it is our commission to take the gospel message to all people, to make disciples and teach them everything that Jesus has taught his church for the last 2000 years.

Capernwray Missions wants to take it all a step further and broaden the opportunity of reaching all the nations. We aim to do this by establishing and building relationships and thus generate openings for the gospel message to be proclaimed. This could be through a school assembly in a French convent or out on a football pitch in the middle of the African wilderness. The gospel message of Jesus Christ really knows no bounds.

Capernwray Missions team is a group of people sent out from Capernwray Hall to proclaim the Gospel message of Jesus Christ amongst all the nations of the earth. The team is predominantly made up of Capernwray Hall staff and Bible School students on outreach programmes but the team also works very closely with other missionary organisations. We run a number of missions throughout the year as part of Capernwray’s Bible School programme but we also organise other missions trips alongside these.

We want to reach all nations with the gospel

CURRENT PROJECTS
Child Sponsorship Scheme (Kenya)
How much does it cost:

£100 a year. Cheques can made payable to Torchbearer Trust Fund (TTF) alternatively you can donate online using our secure payment system.

When does it start:

We currently have sponsors for over 50 children who are attending school this year. A school year in Kenya starts in January so any money we collect throughout the year will mean that we can add extra children to the scheme for the next academic year.

What does the money provide:

The children identified for the scheme are scattered around various schools in Western Kenya and each school has a different pay structure.   For some of the children we just pay the school fees each term. For others we have money left over after paying the school fees and we are able to buy shoes, a school uniform and sometimes food for the family. Each child is therefore receiving the full £100 given in sponsorship.

What you will get from us:

Initially we will send you a picture and further details about your child. Then, in addition to the joy of knowing that a child is able to go to school because of your sponsorship, we plan to keep you up to date with school progress reports for your child once or twice a year.
