We will have a mixture of optional activities for you: zip wires, walks, the sports hall and pool, or just spend time in one of our lounges or the Beehive coffee shop.

Refresh with ‘Summit’ (NEW for 2018)
SUMMIT:2018 – Join an incredible adventure in the outdoors. Limited spaces for those chasing a week of adventure and who are ready for a challenge.  We return to Capernwray most nights after great days on the hills. One night will be spent in a camping barn then on to the ‘Via Ferrata’ – Coniston’s Wire / Rock experience. Come to develop mountian skills in navigation and stamina as well as experiencing the challenges and demands of the English mountains. ‘Equipment to bring list’ and ‘physical requirements’ will be posted on our web site in due course.  Come on – Conquer The Summit!

Refresh with Golf
3 rounds of Golf are included in your holiday week – bring your own clubs but the price includes green fees for your 3 rounds. Your days spent at Capernwray Hall can be as active or relaxing as you like. We will have our usual mixture of optional on site activities for you to enjoy.

Refresh with Motorbikes
We are in an ideal location to enjoy some great rides out in the Lakes, the Dales and our own Lancashire countryside. Open to riders of 125cc bikes and over. Bring your own motorbike. The cost of fuel is not included. Your days, when not out on the open road, are spent at Capernwray Hall, and can be as active or relaxing as you like. Our swimming pool, sports hall, bookshop and Beehive coffee shop will be open at certain times and other activities on site may be arranged.

Refresh with Road Cycling
Wonderful guided rides in our amazing surrounding countryside. We will take 3 or 4 rides out depending on how far you want to go. Bring your own bike. Your days, spent at Capernwray Hall, can be as active or relaxing as you like. We will have a mixture of optional activities for you: zip wires, local walks, sports hall and pool or just spend time in one of our lounges or the Beehive coffee shop.

Refresh with Relax (NEW for 2018)

Rob is yet to confirm his topic for Refresh this year but it is bound to be a reflection on the Bible that brings both comfort and challenge.

In 1998 Rob joined the Capernwray Missionary Fellowship of Torchbearers and served until June 2017 as Principal of Capernwray Bible School. He continues to be an excellent Bible teacher and travels the world sharing his theological insights.  Prior to coming to Capernwray, Rob was Senior Pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship, a church he and his wife planted in 1974 in Lostock Hall, a small mill town to the south of Preston.
