The Hall has a number of different sized family style rooms. Every bedroom is simply and tastefully furnished with a wardrobe, a wash hand basin and bedside table. Showers and toilets are located near each bedroom. All rooms are made up for your arrival and bedding is provided, including a hand and bath towel for each person.
While we do everything to provide the accommodation of your choosing, we cannot promise that special requests can always be granted. The varied sizes and styles of our rooms mean that some rooms are more suitable for guests with particular needs so it is not always possible to give everyone their first choice but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries or requests and we will do everything we can to help you.
Unfortunately, we do not have any single rooms but some smaller rooms, for 2 or 3 persons are available at an extra cost of £15 per person per week, or £10 per person per weekend. Please note that these rooms are limited so book early to ensure you get the room of your preference.
We also have some 2 bedded, ensuite rooms available at an extra cost of £30 per person per week, or £15 per person per weekend. Please indicate if you would like one of these rooms when you make your booking.
You can request to share with others who you know are coming on the holiday. Please use the ‘additional information’ box on the booking form to do this and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
We aim to make our facilities as accessible and inclusive as possible, however, due to the age and layout of the property, there are some limitations. We are able to offer a small number of ground floor rooms which are designed and prioritized for guests with disabilities, including adapted doors and space for wheelchair users with specially designed showers and bathroom suites.
Families with children will have a room of their own with the appropriate number of beds. Cots are also available if required.
All bedding and towels are provided but you should bring your own towels for use in the swimming pool.
The balance of your fees must be paid in full by the due date on your confirmation letter which is 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. This may be paid in installments or in full. Payments are to be made in pounds sterling by Debit or Credit Card (please note that Credit cards incur a 2% charge), Cheque or Bank Transfer.
All our holidays offer an organised programme of events. This will vary depending on the holiday you chose, but generally will consist of Bible teaching/meetings, social times, structured activities, optional extras and free time. To get the most out of your holiday we ask that all our guests join in with this programme as much as possible, however, we also understand that people come to us to relax and take it easy. We are sure you’ll find we offer a great balance of rest and activity!

Yes, certainly, we particularly welcome those who are interested or asking questions about the Christian faith. We do expect all our guests to attend the meetings during their holiday, which means that while you may not fully accept or believe all that we do, we ask that you might approach them with an open mind. Our staff team would be very happy to discuss any questions or thoughts that you may have about this subject during your stay, or you can email us with your questions here.
We regret we cannot allow any pets, with the exception of working animals.
We can collect guests from Carnforth train station or bus stop. We will contact you after you have booked to ask your arrival plans.

It supports Skype and Facetime, as well as the usual requirements for surfing and email. There are time restricions on its availability, so please do not expect a 24 hour service, and we do ask that you do not use LapTops in the Quiet rooms and the Lounge Hallway, or on any Staircase.
